Ichifuku Hojicha is an autumn-winter bancha made through roasting. Autumn / winter bancha is a tea that has been picked from the end of October to November when it has been exposed to the sun in summer and matured and sweetened in the early winter. Then is was roasted until red and become a roasted tea (houjicha). Does it contain sugar? People can taste the sweetness till the point they asked this kind of question.
