SHIPPING & RETURNS
・We reserve the right to choose which shipping method we will use to ship the product.
・If a customer inputs the incorrect address information at the time of placing his/her order and does not correct it before the order is shipped, Tohata CO.,Ltd. can not be held liable for any delays or additional fee's resulting from this. The customer is responsible for providing us with correct information at the time of placing their order.
・Please note that the shipping cost does not include duties, taxes and associated import costs. These fees are paid by the recipient when necessary upon delivery. The rates depend on the legislation of the country of the recipient; thus Tohata CO.,Ltd. is not responsible for any import costs or charges.
・Tohata CO.,Ltd. might change the post courier chosen by the customer without any prior notice in the case that the chosen service, for whatever reasons, is not available for the destination of the recipient. In this case, the most appropriate service next to the one that the customer had chosen will be used to shipped the order.
・Any returns for products in which the wrong size or product was ordered, has to be communicated and returned to Tohata CO.,Ltd. for exchange within 14 days of receiving the order. Any claims after this period will not be handled.
・Should the customer choose to refuse the parcel upon delivery for any reason, please note that Tohata CO.,Ltd. will hold the customer liable for the shipping fee back to Japan and no refund will be given.
