Yes. The alcohol content is 13.5%-14.4%. To blow off the alcohol, you can heat the mirin.

What are the ingredients?

Organic Glutinous Rice, Organic Rice, Organic Rice Koji, Sea Salt.

Why salt is added?

Sea salt is added to reduce its alcohol content as seasoning. The taste is still authentic, still having mellow, sweetness traits of genuine mirin.
