Organic Matcha Jun is a top-quality matcha made by carefully grinding tencha (tea leaves) picked from covered gardens (where the tea fields are covered for over 20 days to block sunlight). It offers a vibrant color and a mellow taste. Consuming the entire tea leaf allows for the intake of rich vitamins and dietary fiber, and being organic, it can be used with confidence.
