Benifuuki Green Tea Powder 50g - Free From Pesticides And Fertilizers

What is "Benifuuki"?

Benifuuki is a tea cultivar created by crossing Assam-type “Benihomare” and Darjeeling-type “Makura Cd86.”
It contains a rich amount of “methylated catechins,” which help ease seasonal sluggishness in spring.
These catechins are lost when processed into black tea, so Benifuuki is preserved as green tea to maximize its benefits.
It has a strong astringency and a rich aroma, giving it a unique flavor as green tea.
Naturally cultivated without pesticides, this green tea is gentle on the body and perfect for enjoying spring.
A Moment of Calm in a Busy Morning
How to Prepare
Dissolving it well in hot water allows you to absorb more nutrients.
- Boil water.
- Put 2–3g of powdered tea into a teacup.
- Fill the cup halfway with hot water.
- Stir thoroughly until dissolved.
- Top off to 80% full, stir lightly, and enjoy.

Just Add Hot Water
Since it's in powder form, no teapot is needed. You can also watch the brewing method in the video below:

For Those Sensitive to Bitterness
Benifuuki green tea is known for its strong bitterness compared to typical green teas. This is due to its high content of methylated catechins, a type of catechin. While it is not a defect in quality, we recommend adding honey or soy milk to soften the bitterness if needed.
Also Great for Sweets

Perfect for a Spring Picnic
Add it to your homemade sweets for a vivid touch. It will brighten up your photos too!

In Everyday Baking
Even if you’re not a fan of bitterness, this powder blends easily into desserts for a gentle flavor.
