Ichifuku Hojicha is an autumn-winter bancha made through roasting. Autumn / winter bancha is a tea that has been picked from the end of October to November when it has been exposed to the sun in summer and matured and sweetened in the early winter. Then is was roasted until red and become a roasted tea (houjicha). Does it contain sugar? People can taste the sweetness till the point they asked this kind of question. How to make delicious "Ichifuku Houjicha"
Amount of tea leaves: 1 teaspoon of large teaspoon (3 g) Hot water volume: 100 cc to 150 cc of hot water per cup Steaming time: 1st cup / 20 sec second cup / third cup / 10 - 15 sec [When taking out with water] Place hot water soaked with tea leaves, immediately add water for 1 to 2 minutes
