Organic Matcha Sei is matcha made by carefully grinding tencha picked from covered gardens (where the tea fields are covered for over 20 days to block sunlight). Consuming the entire tea leaf provides rich vitamins and dietary fiber, and being organic, it can be used with confidence. It can be used for drinking as well as in sweets and cooking.
