Denemon Ganko Tamari Sauce is an additive-free product that had been aged for 3 years. Made from local Japanese soybeans and organic sun-dried salt, this tamari sauce is prepared in large cedar vat and piled with stones. After that, it is let to rest and aged carefully for 3 years.
In order to make the best tamari sauce, during koji making process, the room temperature is carefully observed so the umami flavor can be produced with natural aging. This tamari sauce is made without additional sweetener, food additives, nor preservatives. Truly a deep tasted, delicious tamari sauce that you can enjoy.
