Furusato Three Years Miso (Additive-free 3 years ripened tsubu miso) is a miso that carefully ripened with traditional method that's proudly made by Kameya Shop.

Tsubu miso, or chunky miso, is a variety of miso which the shape of the soybeans (and usually of the koji grains) is still visible.

The ingredients are only natural ingredients: soybeans, rice, and salt. Made without any additives, this miso is made thoroughly by traditional way of producing process.
We used marudaizu (soybeans without degreasing process) produced in Aomori Prefecture and rice from Tateiwa Village for this miso. Prepared and fermented so naturally and slowly for 3 years.
