We use rice shochu with a mellow and mellow drinking mouth distilled at Tamba Sasayama in Kyoto.Domestic rice 100% is used, and rice koji is also domestic rice 100%. It is not a southern high plum that combines with this, but a varieties called ancient castle.This old castle is a variety often used for shochu and syrup pickles from long ago,It is suitable for agricultural chemical cultivation because it is thick as the plum and strong against pests. As a feature, it is very plum but contains malic acid.After smelling of malic acid, it smells nose and becomes a very good drinking mouth. ※ Plum ingredients may precipitate, but there is no effect on quality.Please drink after shaking well. ※ Drinking alcohol for underage is prohibited by law. Still, the plum tree fruits every year with lively fruit with loud greenery.Tear off the important plum fruit brought up only by the power of nature carefully by hand one by one.Strong fragrance because it grows with no pesticide.The plum blossoms of Ryujin village are full of scented fragrance of plum, all over.
Ome taken from 1,600 plum trees is processed into plums, juice, plum extract and so on.Everything is made with traditional manufacturing method without borrowing any chemistry power.
